In late June 2011, Jim and Deb Cepris took over Rocky Springs Campground. A long time dream of theirs, campground ownership and management has become a reality. Jim and Deb are proud of their new home and welcome you to come and camp with them. They live on site year round caring for the campground and making campers feel like family.
The campground is open with room for tents and RVs spending one night or an entire season. The camp sites, bath house, store, playground, catch-and-release fishing pond, and trails are open and ready for use. The pool opens Memorial Day weekend!
2012 marks their first full season at the campground. They have spent countless winter hours trimming trees, repairing items, and readying the recreation center. The camp office and store were also remodeled over the winter and are open for business. Stop in for camping supplies, Blue Bunny Ice Cream novelties, candy bars, coffee, and toiletries. Of course, firewood and ice are also available.
Only a few miles from interstates 79 and 80, this private wooded campground should be your weekend or summer escape! Stay and enjoy the quiet family atmosphere or explore Mercer and nearby counties. Nearby destinations include Prime Outlets in Grove City, Wendell August Forge, Moraine & McConnell’s Mills State Parks, Volant Village Shops, and many other wonderfully unique places to visit.
