Rocky Springs Entertainment Center and Red Pin Bar & Grill is a fun, smoke free environment for families, teams, groups, friends, and corporate parties. Glow bowling, laser tag, arcade arena, great food & drinks, and excellent customer service are staples here at Rocky Springs.

Horrible, horrible staff. Terrible service. Five of us showed up around 9:15 on a Monday for their $10 all-you-can-bowl special. Was given attitude the entire time. The bartender was very sweet. As we were bowling, one of our lanes was malfunctioning and moving very very slow. My friend accidentally hit the bar a few times because the lane had a HUGE delay and we didn't realize the bar hadn't lowered until late. The guy at the desk gave us an attitude over loudspeaker and told us if we wanted to keep bowling to pay more attention. We left at 11:00 to get the most out of our time. Employees stood behind us the last 20 minutes and literally stared us down until we left. As we left, my friend told the guy at the front desk "have a good night" and the guy would NOT make eye contact with us and refused to respond to my friend. Horrible.

Use to be a favorite. Owner is a bit cocky, staff is hit or miss some are really nice other just rude. Did glow bowling they did do a good job to accommodate use but not till after they got me upset enough to want to leave. We did have a great time, staff killed it for us. Attitude adjustment would give them a better review

Such a fun experience- food is good (try the wings!!) and the owner helped my niece with a "dinosaur ramp" which she just loved. My family and I have had nothing but great times together here!

Took a group of students from our church there for day off from school. They forced me to pay in advance for lanes by the hours, under the premise that they had "something going on" and couldn't give me lanes unless I could guarantee them $. Arrived to find the place mostly empty and got even emptier during out time. Even though I paid in full in advance for 4 lanes by the hour when asked if we could let a couple lanes finish their final frames, they shut off the lanes. After years of dealing with bowling alleys and entertainment venues, this ranks at the low end for sure. Feel a bit ripped off.

I think the employees here forget they are in the costumer service industry. I would give this place 0 stars if I could. I have never felt so unwelcome anywhere in my life till I went here.
