Rocon recently remodeled four bathrooms at my school. Dennis Roberts completed the project on time even though it started late due to no fault on his part. The company replaced a ceiling that wasn't even in the specifications, but was badly needed, at no additional cost. I found Dennis to be pleasant, easy to work with and would recommend Rocon based on the positive experience in completing this project.

After Hurricane Sandy devastated our Silverton, NJ, community and the house in which my 80-year-old mom has lived for the past 35 years, I searched high and low for a general contractor who was reputable, ethical, affordable, and highly capable. After narrowing my search to three, and then interviewing each candidate, the decision was clear. I chose Rocon and was not disappointed. Dennis and his team did what all homeowners hope for when we engage in such high-stakes business arrangements: Rocon did what they said they were going to do, when they said they would do it, with superior customer service and quality, and for the agreed price. I suppose, after much searching, you could find a contractor as good as Rocon, but you will not find better.

We hired Rocon to do our hurricane Sandy house lift and renovation. A promised five month project became 17 with excuses, delays, subpar subcontractors and an overall grade of C-. Look elsewhere for a G.C.

I have known Dennis for 13 years and have done 4 building porojects with Rocon. The reason I keep coming back is Rocon does high quality work and dennis is always there when we need him. We built two homes in Bay Head, Little Silver, and Rumson New Jersey along with remodels and renovations. Rocon offered a comprehensive and expert proposal which was priced below the average of other bids but with the offer of better service and quality. His workmen are all high quality craftsmen with strong work ethic and professional attitudes. Again Dennis is always there and stands by his work long after the completion of the project. I will definitely se Rocon for my next project.

I had a 4700 square foot home built by Rocon. I am told by all who visit my home that it is their favorite. It was constructed by Rocon from the ground up and was completed on time, in budget and beyond my expectations. Communication and accessibility was of the highest caliber. I had professional, punctual and well managed interaction with all involved --- from the receptionist (who always picks up) to the GC to the framers, electrician and on and on. There are many things I've accomplished in my life ----the results from Rocon building my home is way up my list. I share this with you because building a home or addition is a team effort and you need to have pros on your team. I highly recommend them and will share details upon request.
