Manager is a TOTAL B***h, think she’s better then you, she’s too nosy, has a very smart/rude ass mouth and the list goes on...i feel so sorry for her secretary and maintenance men, who are very nice and just doing their job, which i totally understand. i just hate the way she treats them...they’re employees NOT SLAVES

I would happily give this place five stars. Both complexes are neat and well kept,  and it's safe. Management is great, they respond quickly to concerns and employ great maintenance staff. The prices are very reasonable and accessibility to SIUE is awesome. If you are a quiet tenant and just want to live drama free this place is for you!

Just want to say that the managers go out of their way to fix any problems or issues that you may have. I would also say that they treat you very professionally and are very polite when dealing with them. I would recommend to anyone that's looking for a place to live Rockwood or diplomat apartments.

Lived for over a year and half tried to keep a civil relationship with the landlord but once I moved out she refused to answer my calls to discuss my deposit. She wouldn't even just let me know that wasn't getting it back in a voicemail. They will hound you if you owe them money but once the table is turned they'll ignore you every chance they get.
