We've stayed at this place three times, both in winter and late spring. We find this to be a very good value, excellent location with spacious rooms and clean, non-smoking. Staff is nice, breakfast is ok (not great, but comparable). Wireless internet a bit slow but still works and meets our needs. Parking space is ample. We didn't check out the pool, but it's not our thing. Overall I'm not sure what some of the other posts are complaining about. It sounds like folks expecting a Marriott for a Choice price. We're happy and plan on keep coming here.

New owner just took over 3 weeks ago rooms were clean staff was fun and friendly had an awesome game at the bar that cost 1 dollar and u could win 5 dollar shots rooms were an excellent rate and very spacious and very close to snowmobile trails almost didn't stay there because of the reviews but checked it out myself and was very satisfied the only thing I didn't like is I was in the room farthest from the water heater and had to let it run for a few minutes to warm up

Rooms werent ready after 3 pm check in - dark, dingy & dirty- manager Sam was VERY rude about dogs which were never an issue before -actually called me a liar about previous rates even after re-confirming thru his own system what I had told him-place is a dump and a joke - will never go back again-EVER!!!!!! Left because of his arrogance - checked in down the road and will never return to this place again - what an insult to choice hotels!!!!!
