Everything went well. The rooms were clean, the staff was nice. The only problem was we got 2 queen rooms but received 1 king rooms. Because they were all booked, we had to spend extra money for a roll away bed. Other than that, Prescott was great and the Rodeway Inn was good.

Dirty! Ceiling and walls need to be cleaned and painted, beds are terrible the AC barley cooled the room and sounded like a train when shutting off. You can see daylight around the door, any small rodent or bug could easily enter from under the door where there should be weather strip. The bathroom was the awful, the drainage was almost non existent, there were some sort of flies coming out of the sink drain, toilet wobbled and the shower curtain had stains on it. I wasn't expecting a whole lot from this place but come on. For around 90 bucks a night this is unacceptable! Also the parking lot is tiny good luck finding a place to park when they are booked out!

Rooms were nice but beds were firm and walls could use a wash. Had mini fridge and microwaves. Outside was typical of the cheaper chain hotels. Breakfast was muffins and sweetrolls. Stayed at the Apache Lodge across the street our second night. Liked it much more for the same price.

Very well informed about motel information by the older gentleman at the front. The staff here is very accommodating. Great stay. Great price. Very big rooms compared to other budget motel rooms!

I work on the road for a living and I rarely take to Google to rate hotels because few stand out. This hotel stands out to me. The reason I like it so much is because I see the owner takes great pride in his business and works very hard. I can tell this at check-in. The amenities here are what you pay for, BUT.....  it' appears clean and no bad smell!  All the other nicer hotels were sold out so I was forced to bring it down a notch today.  I will start using this hotel every time now when in Prescott.
