I hate to leave a poor review. I do... because this is a small town and needs all the help they can get.  That being said.. its quite dirty, the sheets, bathroom, walls, etc... stains, and dirty.  The water wasn't good to drink, and I thought they should offer free water bottles because of that fact. I made a mistake booking the reservations and they weren't great to work with. I ended up paying for 2 nights instead of just the one. The mistake was on me, but due to the fact that I ACTUALLY stayed there and paid, I felt like they could refund the night I paid for online. Breakfast was very underwhelming. To be honest, I didn't use the pool, so I cant give an opinion on the pool. The locks on the front room door didn't give me confidence in my  safety. Overall, super disappointed. I know it was cheap, but I wouldn't waste my money here again. Work on your hotel is my advice to the owners. Its really the only hotel in town, if you clean it up, make your breakfast appetizing and offer water bottles, people will pick this hotel over the more expensive one 10 minutes away. Do the city a favor and improve your hotel so the city will get your tax revenue. Fingers crossed for some improvement. In its favor is the close proximity to the gas station, freeway entrance, and inexpensive pricing.

First let me say that my wife and I never stay at hotels mainly because of our standards or never met by a typical hotel most places don't care enough to maintain their rooms. Anytime we travel we try to always stay at Bed And Breakfast or in casino suites. 
   Having said that Saturday afternoon my truck broke down in Ranger Texas and left me stranded until Monday. At first appearance I was very skeptical. After checking it to the room I was pleasantly surprise just fine the linens the shower and vanity out to be very clean.  there were no signs of neglect that you would typically find in a small roadside hotel. The owner was very pleasant to deal with and was nice enough to let me stay way past check out because he knew I was waiting for my truck to be finished.

Really nice place to stay.  Clean rooms and beds are super comfortable. I just wish they offered breakfast but still I am giving them 5 stars because of the cleanliness and customer service.   

Better than other places in Eastland. Price is reasonable!

I typically don't take the time to leave reviews. 

However, the service at this place was amazing from the moment I walked through the doors. The staff was incredibly friendly and courteous. 

From the front desk staff to the housekeeping team. The rooms are very clean and the beds were cozy comfortable.  Easy access of I-20 and great Mexican restaurant next door.

Best place I have found on I-20 W.  I have stayed in places in Eastland but this independent property was the best of all of them.  Rooms were clean and smelled great.  Bathroom was clean and nice clean towels.  No noise at night.  Beds were super comfy.  Price was reasonable!
