I have stopped here twice now for the night at Kearney, Nebraska en route to Utah. The place was clean, affordable and the manager and staff were very friendly. Always welcomes you with a bottle of water and a smile. Free breakfast selections wasn't too bad.

The manager of the property truly cares and makes his best effort to ensure the comfort of his guests. As an example, the ice machine was broken, so he ran (literally ran) to the nearest convenience store to purchase a bag of ice. He offered to help us with our luggage. The room was clean and had no noticable odor. The breakfast was excellent and had several options to choose from. I would definitely recommend this hotel and return here if I'm in Kearney again.

The rooms were clean and neat. There was nothing to complain about. The breakfast was also good. Worth the money.

I chose to stay at this particular hotel because it's dog friendly and most of the reviews spoke about how clean it was. Well it did not disappoint, as it was exceptionally clean. This alone is reason enough to choose this hotel. However, there were numerous other benefits as well too..... Both the manager Mike and the lady checking me in were extremely nice when I was checking in. The water pressure was good and the water was hot. There is a refrigerator in the room and a microwave if these are things that you require. It's a great location, lots of places to eat and you can walk to them too. They offer free breakfast in the morning. I would definitely recommend staying at this place.

Nice clean room with microwave and a fridge. Good location, good value. We will stay here again next time we are in this area.
