Having never had to see an attorney, I went with this agency because I heard my attorney was strong.  I came with what I assume is an extraordinary case and tried to explain the events leading up to what caused the charge.  My lawyer here, and his name is the lead part of the agency, NEVER acknowledged the events leading up.  I delivered pages of notes on what caused a person with zero criminal history, an advanced degree, full-time job, to get in the trouble he did.  I'm absolutely certain he never has or will fully read (though he'll charge you for any second $$$ of his time - even to reschedule something he can't make but you can).  Weeks later on the phone I realized he was confused on my charges(!!!), he had no idea of the vital, critical details within my history, and was making false promises to me even under the misguided charges he was encouraging me to accept!  He was as hands off as an attorney can be which may work with some people, but the lack of professionalism and keeping me informed of what i was in for, was troubling beyond belief.  I didn't want to disturb him for fear he wouldn't work on my behalf or advocate as strongly.  Emails and phone calls go unanswered unless it's last minute rescheduling (at my cost) of court dates.  Im actively seeking new counsel.  This has been an extremely expensive and painful lesson to learn.

Thomas Westbrook an attorney at their firm repeatedly broke rules of proper conduct buy a lawyer illegally obtained an easement agreement across my property for his client and should be disbarred and he has been disbarred for giving false information on legal documents and I have filed a grievance with the Washington State Bar Association to have his license revoked. If you're reading this keep in mind an attorney is it public servant and it supposed to ensure the Public's trust first and foremost. In my experience Thomas Westbrook is either a thief or incompetent.
