As I had to return something I received as a gift I was being helped to see if I liked any further options they had in store, but I decided I didn’t enjoy the 2 other options and asked to be reimbursed. After I made this decision the man I was being helped by immediately walked away and I had to find someone else to to help us. Needless to say the man was only trying to make a sale and did not keep customer service in mind. I will never be back again!

Came to this shop because my bike was making creaking and high pitched noises. I was told the cost was going to be around $40. I had no problems paying that amount considering it would aleviate my annoyance with the bike and the odd sounds. They also said it would be a few days to fix. Well, they called me same day and said it was fixed and it would only cost $10. I was pleasantly surprised. I'm glad I have a bike shop to go to and that I can trust the staff. Thanks!

I've often thought you don't know about a place until you have a problem with it. Well, I had a problem here are Rodger's Ski and Sport, and they went the extra mile to solve it. Great service, decent selection and prices, and very convenient to me. I will be back.
