Top rate customer service! We were greeted at the door by Anthony and he made our vehicle buying experience the best we have ever had. He exhibited respect and kindness that we truly appreciate. Also, Bob was so helpful and we can tell that he takes pride in his job and cares about customers. Even signing the paperwork was a pleasant experience, thanks to Richard. We bought 2 vehicles from this dealership that day. We will definitely be returning there for our next vehicle purchase. Highly recommend Roger Shiftlet Ford!

Had a great experience purchasing a used vehicle with the folks there. Jamie was super helpful without being pushy at all. Also, pricing was exceptional versus what's available in larger nearby cities. Highly recommend.

Awesome customer service all around. Dave assisted us in purchasing the perfect truck for our needs at a great deal. He was courteous and respectful and really made us comfortable during the whole process. The dealership honored their agreement to fix a minor blemish in the tailgate and we are VERYYY satisfied with our experience and purchase. I recommend this dealership and ask for Dave, he will get you fixed right up! We will make our 2+ hour drive again to do business here.

Cindy Bailey in service is the BEST!!! cares about her customers and if you have a diesel nobody can seem to get fixed go see Cindy and let Bill McNeilly look at it he will get fixed and both will be honest with you!!!
