Definitely agree with the 2 previous posts. The store isn't the same anymore. Everything high end that I don't really need. Sad to see what has happened.

I have stopped at Rogers hardware About once a week for the last 20 years.   I'm always in a hurry just trying to get something  to complete a job . The store must be under new ownership there seems to be a definite decline in customer service.  The last 2  Times I have been there I've wandered around for 15 minutes totally frustrated because I can't find what I need ,   or anyone to help    ,  i've left empty-handed and frustrated twice ,  if I wanted  an experience like that I would go to one of the big box stores

Used to be awesome. New owner has changed to more high end inventory and gotten rid of all the things that I have bought.
