If Vonda's (or anyone else's) experience with EZ Pawn tops their experience with Rogers County Pawn they *certainly* don't value the same things I do as a customer.

Aside from the top-notch customer service I received, I had an experience where such care and compassion (yes -- compassion!), was shown that absolutely WAS NOT necessary..and honestly, couldn't have been expected, certainly not from a pawn shop..it quite literally brings tears to my eyes when I think about it, to this day. And this happened months ago. 

Before putting any stock in negative reviews, take the time to read other reviews by the person posting. I refuse to believe that this establishment, its owner and employees are anything less than 100% honest and considerate...AND I have had the experience to know.

Super nice people. They were nice enough to wait for me after closing time so i could buy an item. Very nice well organised with a lot of merchandise.
