RUN AWAY While You Still Can! This Lawyer Pressured me into a fake deal With prosecutors over a self defense case. She made a deal with prosecutors and didn't explain the deal properly before the deal was made. Now I'm reaping the consensuses. She also had me sign a employment contract with her without reading it to me I got home and was flabbergasted at what i read. Her bed side manor was terrible often screaming and lying to me when my kids were listening. If i were you, I would never give her your money. After she is paid she abandons her responsibilities and goes back on her promises. She doesn't care about her clients and avoids questions like the plague. She only cares about money, pushing a plea deal and trying not to ruffle feathers. I hired Mrs. Rokusek for a trial because i was innocent. But innocence doesn't Matter to her. I payed her the entire amount $15,000 upfront and was milked for more money afterwards for gas, hotel expenses and her privater investigator. I was pressured into agreeing that i did something when i didn't commit a crime at all. Now I am considered a Criminal because of this Dishonest Lawyer. And I am still looking at serious Jail Time After 3.3 years later. Get every thing in writing and record your phone conversations like i did w/ her or you will be very sorry in the long run. Also, if she offers you her personal private investigator, Mark Reeder (Run). To put this plain and clear. She is not what she claims to be you should look for Another Lawyer. Buyer Beware!

Jackie Rokusek is a great attorney and has gone above and beyond to represent me well. I would highly recommend her to anyone who needs a lawyer. She's tough-as-nails but cares about her clients!

Mrs. Rokusek took care of several legal issues for my family and I.  She did an amazing job!   Not only did she meet all of our expectations but she was always willing to help and make sure that we felt our case was her highest priority.  Mrs. Rokusek was the most respectful, professional and courteous person we could have ever hoped to work with.   She was a blessing and she has changed our lives forever.  I would recommend her to anyone of my friends and family.  I would highly recommend that if you need someone to fight for you and/or assist you in any legal issue you have to call Mrs. Rokusek.

I've known Mrs. Jacquelyn Rokusek for a couple of years, so when I needed legal advice I immediately asked her opinion.  Although my issue was not related to her practice area, she provided quick and knowledgeable guidance.  I hired her on the spot and she handled my legal matter quickly and professionally.  I appreciates the way she operates her business, no-nonsense, direct communication and with extreme efficiency.  Would highly recommend!

I rate her as a zero.. I sold my house to pay her, for my fiance she didn't do anything for him but made his case worst... she would tell him she be back to see him never came told me she was going to visit him never did when she said.. I called to discuss his case she was talking about someone else .. all she care about is MONEY... NOT HER CLIENTS..there guys that's lock up with him boy happy with het.. they filed complaints... she don't want give us our money back . She a sorry attorney please don't use her.. she don't care about you or your case..
