John and Brad are excellent and they deliver a quality product.  I have used them for maybe 20 years and they have never let me down.  They have worked out drainage problems, house plumbing leaks and the installation of many new parts in my old, big house and now my newly located small house.

We had a flood situation when a supply line broke loose from an ancient angle stop in a bathroom vanity.

Not only did John and Brad get us sorted quick, they did so as just real, nice guys. John also recommended a person to help us with our flood situation that came immediately and got us sorted out.

Right from the beginning we were impressed by how competently and carefully our project was analyzed and estimated.  The cost was very fair and each step in the process was explained very clearly.  Time was always generously taken to answer any questions we had along the way.  John and Brad were confident, experienced, punctual, unruffled, effective and efficient throughout the process. I had my kitchen faucet and master shower head replaced. They were quick to respond. friendly and courteous. The pricing was very reasonable. I will definitely use them in the future and recommend them to friends and family.
