Came to know Roman Plumbing because I needed a dishwasher installed. They were able to schedule same day service on this particular day. I was alerted by text when the technician, Jim K., was on his way. He arrived on time and got to work. The removal and installation went well...Jim was very thorough and sure to place it properly. He was cordial and tidy, sure to remove all debris and leave a clean work space. Thanks Jim! Very professional and pleasant experience with Roman Plumbing.

I decided to change our plumbing vendor, when our water heater got a leak. I noticed Roman had good reviews.  I can see why. Within 30 minutes of leaving a message, I got a call back. Same day service prompt, nice, knowledgeable.  I was given a few options of heaters and softeners the best of the best, and dependable standards. NO pressure from anyone to choose the higher option. Furthermore, I wasn't charged any service call fee since I ordered the replacement from them.  They came next day prompt. ALSO GREAT TEXT AND APP COMMUNICATION

I called Roman Plumbing at 2:40 today seeking help with a leaking toilet.  Someone was able to come to my house between 4-7 the same day!  To make it even better David showed up at 3:00.  David was very pleasant and professional.  He replaced my toilet and left no mess behind.  I will use this company again!

I ordered some glass doors for a shower, only to find out the contractors I had already hired didn't know how to install this kind. I called Roman because they were listed as dealers for Dreamline doors. Frankie answered right away and understood the situation immediately. We scheduled an installation date and he came on time and did an excellent job. Although not a typical plumbing job, they definitely know what to do and how to do it. Timely, neat and clean, knowledgeable and professional. What more could you ask for?! 10 stars!

We recently had a dishwasher installed by Jim with Roman Plumbing. We had some difficulty because the first product was damaged. Jim had to haul the old dishwasher to the store, return the damaged one and pick up the new one and return to my home. Jim was very focused and polite in spite of the inconvenience. He is a hard worker and seems very knowledgeable. He is an asset to the company. Jayne Pearce
