Adequate food. Very ordinary heavy cheese sauce with too much salt and no layers of flavor.   Tortalacci was flabby. Butternut squash didn't really add anything.  Needed a little nutmeg and fresh basil.  Really like the house salad. Friendly service but waiters appear to bus their own tables so good luck getting your water glass refilled. Good place to go with a group.

Service was slow. Drinks were not filled, items asked for we're forgotten, salad had no dressing on it, meal was over salted. Staff was complaining about how bad tips are right now. I believe it is a direct reflection of the service they are providing. All staff seemed to not want to be there as if it was closing time but there were still four hours of operation remaining in the day. It's a shame, this was once one of my favorite restaurants. I don't know that I will revisit this location.

The food was great, the waiter was really busy. The atmosphere was nice except for the loud music that was playing, we could hardly hear each other talk. We were there the day before and the music was low and it was real nice. Definitely will go back. If the music is loud again we will ask them to turn it down.

Food and service here is really hit and miss. It took more than 4 minutes to be acknowledged and  another 3 to be seated at a slow vokume time. I had probably my worst meal experience there, with the wrong dish brought out, and a terrible piece of chicken in my chicken parmesan (burned and super thin). My server was surly and uncaring. The manager wasn't available so I found their phone number and left a message. The manager came out (apparently "not available" meant temporarily). He listened to my poor experience, shrugged and gave me 5% my bill. 

I made sure to tip my server well. Obviously they're working under poor management conditions.

My food was good.  I had a party 9.  3 of the orders ended up being out of stock so they had to pick some else off the menu.. which caused all the food to come out at different times.  One of  the orders came out with shrimp on it (which was not in the menu deacribed as such), which that person is deathly allergic to.. so.. he and I just switched meals so we could eat. I felt sorry for the waitress since she knew it was all jacked up and was clearly a lack of management of the restaurant.. so.. i still tipped her $45 (which was 20%).
