Horrible experience. I hadn't been there in a while and decided to go because I remembered it being great. We got there and was surprised that it was empty. Hostess was not much of a host, bad attitude, left us standing next to a table to get cleaned and didn't let anyone know. Busboys were standing around on their phones when many tables needed cleaning. Poor waiter saw us distressed, cleaned the table, and tried to do his best. They've cut out a lot of choices from the menu. The bread, which used to be my favorite, was horrible. My pasta was cold and done wrong, I could barely eat it. The waiter did get it removed from the check. The list goes on and on. This definitely was my last time at Macaroni Grill.

Was seated right away. The restaurant was half empty. However, it took almost 20 mins. for someone to notice us at the table. The service was less than satisfactory and the food was late and just ok. I probably won't return. Looking forward to the Grand Opening of a another italian/pasta restaurant a little further down the street.

Dont go to this place!! Service is bad. Even though there was very few customers they made us wait long time to be seated and served. Staff would just pass by pretty much ignoring us. Not going back! Went to carrabas instead and had a great experience as usual.

They have really improved their service. The young lady who served us was very nice and attentive. The last time we were there we had to wait a long time to get in and then they were missing employees and the service was terrible. Glad they're better
