I love the old neighborhood pharmacies over the chain pharmacies, but Pharmacist and younger assistant (tech) leave a lot to be desired in terms of customer service. I went in with a prescription on a med I was getting from them previously, but the doc upped the dose slightly so I needed more of the medication than usual per month. (the same amount every 20 days instead of every 30, and the pharmacist (Frank), says I'll give you that amount every 25 days. That doesn't work cause my next full dose would be 5 days late... not good when my doc is trying to zero in on dosage to get my blood levels stabilized. The nerve of the guy, knowing nothing about my history and all the blood work I'm having done to try and play doctor. As for the younger female tech, some days she's just plain rude, but Frank's behavior, trying to not fill my prescription as written, was the final straw. Needless to say, I took my prescription and all my other business elsewhere.
