I work for a fellow hurricane shutter company. I love getting calls that your guys are messing things up. Makes me look awesome when I come and fix it. Watch out who you hire people. Breaking bricks on back porches and not fixing them, telling the customer to have a footer poured before you could set a removable track!? And then to top it off y’all charged the customer $120 after you broke her bricks. Take pride in your work or don’t do it!  I fixed yalls screw up in a hour in a half. You’re welcome

Absolutely no follow through on promises. They tell you what you want to hear and or simply lie and then do nothing. After a call from the "owner", who promised that he would personally handle our service call, several weeks later, they still never ordered the parts! They then had the nerve to offer to order the parts and do the work.. NO WAY! Not after 3 months of lies. Senior citizens beware of this dishonest band of liars, from the the owner down to the office staff. With the exception of Isabel..

Good communication from the company to get on the schedule and to keep me informed as to when the seevice men would arrive.  La rry and Chris arrived just as scheduled.   They were professional and worked very quickly and efficiently.  They took the time to double check that everything was working correctly and cleaned everything up.   I would highly recommend them to anyone needing shutter repair.

The brother who works for this company is a complete rude jerk. Doesnt care if what is does is wrong he will do it if you upset him. I would never call this company for my shutter or screening needs because of this guy. How found a more eown to earth compassionate co and will refer them. These people need to move back to ny where rudeness is common not here in the south
