I did not know what to expect coming here but saw the grand opening sign and decided to grab dinner on the way home. Turned out they are pretty darn good. This is not gourmet high end pizza nor is it low end delivery franchise cheap pizza. We got 2 Supreme style pizzas and some wings. It was around 30 bucks due to some sale. Which almost scared me due to being priced low. Let's be honest price does lower expectations nowadays. The ingredients were great, very fresh, the sausage on the pizza was great and the sauce had this sweet taste we really enjoyed. The dough was not over cooked and not too filling, without being too much dough. The wings tasted baked not fried which is OK, we prefer crispy, but the wing sauce made up for it. I hope it stays this consistent that's where I feel most places fail. We will be back again for sure. Glad they are close by.
First time customer: Ordered take out because I like my pizza hot ask for it to be ready at 6:00 It was ready at 5:59! Staff: friendly and helpful Pizza: thin crust ordered crispy… it could have been a little crispier but was ok. Toppings, plenty they did not skimp. Sauce: yes it is sweet! I knew this going in since I had read reviews! I like it but I also like sweet wine! It may be a little sweet for you! Just know you have been warned! Overall a good pizza priced right and will return .
First and last time we will be ordering from Romeo's. Got a flyer in the mail so thought we would give them a try. Placed an online delivery order at 6:00pm and estimated wait time was 45 minutes which was fine but did not receive our order until 8:05pm. Pizza was cold and cold breadsticks looked like an overcooked pizza crust which was definitely not what was displayed on the website. Didn't even include the dipping sauce which may have helped the thin dried out bread sticks. Always looking for a new pizza place but this is not the place.
Stromboli was better than the pizza, but both were undercooked and doughy. Loved the sauce, toppings were fresh and delicious, because of this I will try again with extra baking time, which I feel pizza should be cooked all the way without having to request extra baking time.
Pizza is my favorite food, and I enjoy trying new chains like this one. Saw the 'Now Open' sign and decided to give it a shot. The pizza was outstanding! I think it's the sauce that pushes it to the next level. And, the price is well within reason too. Great job Romeo's!
I have been going to Romeo's for over a year now. If there is one word I can use it would be consistent! Consistently good pizzas, consistently good service, and accurate pick up times. I have gone in at different times of day all of the above is consistent. It is like the boss is at the shop all the time, everyone is working hard and the place is clean! Butcher shop is the way to go!
We decided to try based on reviews and convenience. However, pizza dough was really doughy and for some reason pizza smelled like Chinese food. We rebaked it and the veggies we got were still really raw and the pizza dough still doughy. Would go an extra mile to pizza alley for a good pizza. ‍
Quick delivery, quality ingredients, mediocre pizza. Had delivery from here twice now, and both times they've gotten it to my door quite quick. The first time was right after they opened, so it's nice to see that the delivery speed wasn't an opening week fluke. The pizza is nice, fairly high quality with pretty decent ingredients. Think of Romeo's as similar to any other of the smaller franchises in town - Blackjack, Pudge Bros etc. The prices seem fairly inline with those places too. My only complaint was that the crust was fairly unremarkable, and a little 'doughy', particularly if you order their deep dish which has a thicker crust to begin with. It's a shame to have quality ingredients on an otherwise decent slice somewhat overpowered by a fairly uninteresting crust.
I had an problem trying to place an order at Romeo's due to an address issue. Even though Rocco was not able to help fix the problem in the computer and get my order delivered he was more than generous and offered me a great deal on my order if I was able to come in and pick it up. By the way, the food was delicious!!! 2 days later the district manager Jerome reached out to me and said that he had gone into the computer and personally fixed the problem and then called me just to make sure to let me know everything has been taken care of. He also offered me a very generous credit on my account for the inconvenience of the experience. Even though it was a little bit of a headache at first they bent over backwards to make sure everything was made right and that I was taken care of. a lot of praise is due to Jerome and his staff at Romeo's. Thank you guys. You have earned my business
They charged me like $5 and some change for a single SMALL slice of pizza. The thing was legitimately the size of a slice of Tombstone Pizza. I could have gotten an entire frozen pizza for less than this single slice, and it would have been about the same quality. An entire small pizza is only $8, how is a single slice almost six?
