All positive things to say..Just bought a new 2018 Heritage classic , custom ordered from HD factory in the color I wanted .Impressed with everybody --Salesman Bryan , mgr, parts Robert , and shop people and  all, knowledgeable and curteous --made me feel welcome and not just a number ..

Nice dealership, but they had no new model street glides in stock and said they don't get them often, tried to sell me a used one.

My first visit to the store was very pleasant. The lady who helped me was very friendly and helped me find everything I was looking for. My first Harley I bought from a dealership in Texas where the staff weren't as friendly. This particular shop's clientele mainly consisted of doctors and lawyers and they weren't very friendly to us common folk. Not the case here at Rommel. I highly recommend this place to everyone!!!! Update: I took my bike in for service and when I went to leave I noticed my helmet was missing. Staff looked for it everywhere but it just vanished. The man in charge of the service department took me to the showroom and let me pick out a replacement helmet. They were extremely helpful in making sure the helmet fit properly. I have never encountered such great customer service anywhere! I cannot say enough good things about this place.
