In 1998 Tom Miller turned our dream house into a nightmare. He was rarely at the site and would not respond to phone calls. He hired the cheapest sub-contractors he could find and did very little work of his own. The quality of the workmanship was sub-standard and he used poor quality material. He abandoned the house before it was complete and left a mess behind. We had two liens on the house because he didn't pay his bills. I would not hire him to build an outhouse.
