I and my husband have been patients of Dr. Gray for years.  He is an excellent dentist with exceptional skills and a kind chair-side manner.  Recently, because of an insurance change, we thought we had to find a different dentist and so I went for a 6 month cleaning and check elsewhere.  I was very sorry I did.  I called Dr. Gray's office for a consult concerning what I had been told at the other office.  Not only did he give me great advice and explanations, but he did not charge me for the consult.  I am, we are, staying with Dr. Gray in-spite of the insurance issue.  If you find something or someone great, stick with it/them. The office staff and hygienists are exceptional too.

I will start with the only good thing to say, Dr. Gray and his assistant are great. now the rest of my experience. I received a bill a couple months later, dr gray had informed me that my insurance would cover the cost of a white filling, I don't think he intentionally misled me but come to find out, my insurance would not pay it. Instead of admitting their mistake, the lady who answered the phone was real rude, wouldn't let me speak to anyone else. I made the comment that I should have had a choice on getting a silver which didn't cost or pay for the white one. She told me I would in the future. I said I should have had a choice then and now. her comment was that I have a choice not to come back. She was extremely rude. I requested to speak to Dr. Gray and she wouldn't let me. Again, just very, very rude. she said it didn't matter that they made a mistake, its my problem and to deal with it. I wonder if Dr. Gray knows that she acts like this. He did seem like a very nice guy. I would really like to speak with him about this matter and settle it. I will not be returning due to this lady though. I called my insurance carrier and informed them of this situation because they recommended Dr. Gray. They are investigating the issue and are going to get back to me.
