I visited the Diamond bar because I’d been experiencing extreme surface pain in my knee as a result of a botched ACL surgery. I finally went to get it checked out and Dr. Rigor barely listened to my explanation as to why I was there, rushed a diagnosis (which turned out to be incorrect; he said I had “Picker’s nodule” when it turned out to be a stitch that had been left in my knee from the surgery), gave me a quick steroid injection to make the swelling go down, and shooed me away. Before I left, I made an appointment to be seen exactly two weeks later per his recommendation. The day before my second appointment I received a call from his office stating that he would be in a meeting during my scheduled appointment and would not be able to see me for another week. I am currently in extreme agony and have been waiting to be evaluated for the extraction of my remaining stitches and now have to find a competent, attentive, and most importantly reliable doctor who won’t cancel a two week appointment the day before. Will definitely not be returning. Definitely do not recommend.

Wish I could give it zero stars for my experience. The doctor Beverly seem uninterested in my problem. She didn't explain anything to me at all forgot what my problem was during the re check that she encouraged me to reschedule. The staff is rude and filled with attitude. They don't know how to do their jobs correctly. I had to wait 2 days to get my prescription because my pharmacy kept tried to contact them. They apparently don't know how to pick up a damn phone. Will never come back here.
