Customer service is A-! with this company. They run really good deals with no interest financing and also got a $1250 rebate instantly on my unit. The only reason why I gave 4 stars is because I think they could do a better job of educating on unit. Example: I apparently am suppose to flush this water tube Once a month in the summer with a little bleach to avoid mold, but was not told until a month later when I had to have a guy out, because my filter spot had been sealed closed. Just little miner things. But all and all they are pretty darn good.

Just purchased a home in Carrollton, GA and called to have HVAC system checked and serviced. Quick response and excellent service. Also had ducts cleaned. Very happy with results. Greg, Colin and Tim all were very professional and provided great service. Highly recommend this company.

Technician was rough with everything. Rigged my hose with plastic ties since it didn't fit the existing tubing. The pump is also too short and he shoved a wedge under it, rigged, rather than bringing the same pump this same company originally installed as "the best" and is sold at Home Depot which is half a mile from my location. Had me running up and down the stairs to fetch water for testing the system and then towels to clean water off of my basement floor because the new pump would not pump and the technician pulled the tab he needed to pull before use and the aforementioned misfitting tube flew off spewing half a gallon of water on him, the furnace, the electrical, of which he had already uncovered and two wires touch together in error causing a spark. Electrical spark and water...yeah a real customer confidence booster along with plastic ties and a wedge....really? I have used this company many many times but today they showed me how much a loyal customer means. I tried to call the Owner but not available. Ronald Smith used to do all my HVAC work himself, that is how long I have used and recommended this company and I am sorry to anyone who has been through this experience. I did not know and have never seen anything like this. I have been left with a rigged hose, a inoperable dehumidifer that runs into the pump, outside units that need insulation but he didn't have any of that on his truck either which was a total pig sty inside. The tech flat out stated I can do the rest myself he had already taken two hours. Really? I KNOW. Or schedule another appointment for which I would be charged. I was more than clear with my needs for this appointment...but I will be heading to Home Depot to finish the job myself, and I have already gotten a referral to another HVAC company from a very reliable Septic Company, George's Septic. At least I will not be running all over my own house from the outside and in with dirty feet and making a mess, but if I do....it is my house. I had just mopped and this company used to be very quite, very clean, wore booties and now apparently anything goes including black ripties to secure ill fitting tubing. When the tech was confronted he also added he didn't need me to get the water or towels he could have done it himself. First, he asked for them. Second, you don't live here and NO you may not fetch towels and a pitcher for water. I cannot in good faith use or recommend this company any longer.

Thank you for my Carrier duel heating and air system. I am glad you replaced the duct work too. I am sleeping better and there is no dust in the house. I love the Infinity control system. The technicians did a wonderful job. They explained the new system and made me feel comfortable using same. This was a big job, but they finished in less than two days, ducts and new system. The guys left the place in great shape. I am very happy. THANK YOU RONALD SMITH HEATING AND AIR Sandy Jones

very good price along with knowledgeable technicians doing an install in a timely manner. started saving money on the first utility bill after the units were installed. would recommend Ronald Smith HVAC to anyone. 04/2014 Larry Dove
