Roof Masters, Mark, was working on a roof near our home! Asked him to stop by when done and provide not only an estimate but what was needed to fix our roof. He was very knowledgeable and our problems were more than roof issues. The people that had installed the gutters had not done very well and water was backing up under the roof edge because of it. He showed me, pointed at the problem and then shared some new techniques being used on low slope roof lines. We agreed on a one of two methods of fixing the roof and to my surprise, within 2 days, I had a new leakproof roof and fixed gutters! And, more work had to be done than was visible as plywood had rotted due to the leakage and he had it done right along with the roofing! And his crew is just a nice bunch to talk to and all so polite. Just a wonderful experience!

 I will start by saying we are a General Contractor out of St. Louis, MO. We had been hired to build a two story garage for a client in Sunrise Beach, Mo. I have never met Mark with Roof Master's in person, in part this is the reason for my review.
  We went to the lake for one week with five guys and framed this entire project. That was about all you could humanly due in a week. When we left Friday the roof was under tar paper and mostly dried in till are next trip down in one week. The Saturday after we left a fair size storm rolled through and shredded the tar paper from the roof. We had intended on putting the roof on ourselves when we returned for the next trip. I called several companies to get a quote. Mark with Roofer master's was prompt and courtesy ( on phone ) and we hired him on Tues. with the understanding we needed something done asap. Wednesday morning I got the call from my client that the roof had been installed and was completed. On our return trip we looked over there work (Great install!), and my crew ran the siding. We then got a call about a puddle of water in the upstairs. I immediately called Mark with Roofer Masters. I explained it might not be the roof, perhaps the siding install on the dormers would he take a look. This was 6pm. at 7:30 pm the same day he called back he had already went by there, found the leak where our crew had not sealed along the flashing and fixed it at no charge. 
  Mark- Even though we handled everything by phone, email, and mail. Thanks for the follow through. We used several sub-contractors from the area on this project and I can insure you your company was by far the easiest to deal with and you did what you said you would do. Others in the area should take notes!
