We contacted this company to give us a bid on deck cleaning and staining. A representative came out and handed me a packet, quick took some
Measurements and left. I heard back from the company a few days later in an email. 
They gave me an general idea of what they would be doing in billeted & paragraph form. And then a $ amount in the last part. 

I emailed them back and asked for a detailed billing including what would be used for products as well as their labor rates. The response I recieved was we are not licensed for this type of work and we cannot provide you with what you requested. 

It is alarming that a company that does this as their job isn't not licensed/insured to be doing this work. Also it is strange they won't provide an itemized billing per the request.

I live in Bend Oregon.  Due to several unusually large snowfalls,
my roof had ice dams.  None of the local roofing companies had the equipment or experience to deal with the problem. Fortunately RTD drove
out from Minnesota to provide ice dam steaming services in central Oregon.
They did a terrific job.  I have recommended them to friends all over this city.  Thanks guys for coming to our rescue.

George prepared and finished my 5 year old Cedar deck. He was great to work with and his work was excellent. Overall, the company was easy to work with. Scheduling, quotes, and job timelines were communicated well and I felt comfortable throughout the whole process. At minimum-you should have them quote your job. I'm glad I chose Roof To Deck.

I hired Roof to Deck last year to wash my house and they job was excellent and 'clean' meaning no plants and/or trees were harmed during the process. 

This year I hired Roof to Deck to strip, sand and stain my deck. I couldn't be happier with their work. They arrived on time, on budget and did a remarkable job. My deck looks as it did right after it was constructed 10 years ago. I will see how the stain wears but at this point in time I give Roof to Deck very high marks on their process, communication and follow-up. Well done...
