I visited Ashley Outlet, American Freight, At Home and Rooms To Go Outlet. Of the four, I had the best experience at Rooms To Go Outlet. I recommend asking for Kristine. She was honest and even helped to get me a lower price tag. Know that they do get commission so you will be asked numerous times if you need help or have been help. The prices here are comparable and almost better than Ashley Outlet and American Freight. The quality of the material is also better at Rooms To Go Outlet. I highly recommend bargaining the price tag. This location is a bit more flexible than the Hulen location. Definitely save some money and bargain down the price tag. Definitely inspect the furniture carefully because there are no refunds or returns for their merchandise. Also there is no shipping methods directly from Rooms To Go Outlet however they work with 3 movers. I would not recommend Reliable movers. I DO recommend D & T movers. Derrick was friendly and super helpful. He was able to get the furniture set I purchased delivered same day. His movers were friendly and careful not to damage the furniture or my walls during the moving process. The delivery charge is $89 and must be paid in cash. Overall a great experience and see myself coming back to purchase furniture here again.

My experience working with Wilma Rivera, was awesome. She listened to my concerns and address them courteously & professional. This was my first Brdroom set of my own and she was instrumental in bringing it all together. I trully enjoyed working with her and look forward to my next furniture puchase at Rooms2Go-Outlet. Thank you Wilma!!

We always used to buy our furniture at this store, but there was this African American older woman very rude and argumentative since the moment we walked into the store. We were making a comment on how the price went up on a set of sofas that we went to see a week before, but she jumped into our conversation without us asking her she said "no it isn't" and she kept repeating herself over and over. We wanted to keep looking for the sofas and a nice dining table set, but this woman kept being rude to us, so we just left and bought over 10,000 worth of furniture at the dump, which by the way they have way better service. We wish that woman wasn't there that day so we could keep shopping at this furniture store in the future.

I wish I could leave no stars but I don't have an option if I want to put a comment. I walked into the store and I wasn't greeted or asked if I needed help finding something. All I saw were employees standing around talking to one another or sitting on the couches hanging out. I walked around the store three times looking like I needed assistance but not once did I get asked if I needed help even by the employees just standing their talking about personal things. I finally asked for help and the guy was a little rude. I will not be coming to this store ever again and I'm not surprised it mostly gets one star! By the looks of the other reviews I'm not the only one who feels this way and clearly nothing is getting done!

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Warehouse took a little long to bring out the furniture.
