worst place to buy, worst customer service. i bought a $1500 bedroom set for my kid. delivered 4 weeks later ALL wrong. damaged bed and wrong mattress. some bozo with the tile "store manager" David Rodriguez told me wife that he can't do anything to fix the problem. and there is no returns. we went to the Ft Lauderdale store and they took care of problem in 10 minutes. someone at Rooms to go need to teach this clown what customer service is.

Great customer service. He had me lay on every bed three times so I would make an informative decision. No rushing, not pushy, very patient. We've purchased at Rooms to Go many times and have always left satisfied. This time around I managed to get the most firm mattress I could find.

The staff are excellently trained on customer service. They provide extra mile support and show the willingness to help you no matter what your budget is. The furniture selection is also top notch, I compared to other stores and found rooms to go knows what the modern home needs. Thank you.

Bought an electric recliner around $900 because I was having total knee surgery and major back surgery. The chair is very comfortable, however the power mechanism broke within first year, it was under warranty and they repaired it. Now it broke again, 2 years later, I did not have extended warranty and rooms to go said they only do repairs if under warranty. I offered to pay for it to be repaired, but the answer was no. I asked if they know anybody local to do repair and the answer was no. I therefore have 2 year old non functional recliner that was purchased somewhere around 900 bucks. What's worse is that it is stuck in recliner position.
