I’ll update my review depending on how this plays out but right now I’ve been lied to, I emailed and called several times since yesterday, no one is contacting me back or answering and for all I know, this could be a scam, I may get to Florida and not have a room at all 🤷🏽‍♀️ 

UPDATE: day 3 of no response or answer. I finally got a hold of someone but he told me “that’s not [his] department” and of course Margo (her department) has yet to surface. 

Don’t waste your money here guys. 

Also, if you’re reading this, if I don’t have some sort of response by the end of the business day, I will be reporting this as fraud to my bank and forwarding over all supporting evidence, thanks.

UPDATE! 8-4-17
I called my bank and reported fraud after not hearing back from them for days. Of course it is only then that I hear from them in anger but with no answers to any of my questions. They are rude, unprofessional and untrustworthy. They lied and said i would be staying on the beach with views and I ended up at some average hotel with no pool, no gym, not even close to the beach, no views of anything, not even the street! No valet and extra charges of 35 per night. These people blatantly lied to get their money and once they got paid, no one returned my calls. My fiancé and I made the best of our trip but don’t use these people. Use Bonhotel or call the Newport welcome center YOURSELF and set up the same deal with out the sketchy middle men. Now that I know this, I will never fall victim to this kind of scam again.

I went on a timeshare. The lady was very rude when i told her that i wasnt buying. Beside that, rooms 101 took extra money out of my account and refuse to address the problem. I had a 25 dollar credit but was charged 25 dollars again. Does not return calls or emails.

Awful! 

Do not do business with Rooms101. 

In late July 2017, I purchased a deal in Branson, MO. It was $419. I received the email with the information. It included information that disqualified me. If disqualified then they can charge you more money when you get to the location. 

I tried to call and email 15-20x no one would answer or return. A few days later, I finally spoke to someone. They said no return of my money. A day or so later, they agreed to give me a portion of my money back. I received $238 / $419. I did not go to Branson. 

I would encourage you to stay away from this company. RUN!

Great company and really good people. They pros and they know the travel business inside out. Traveling cheaper by using promotional travel these guys are the best. 

I recommend them to friends all the time.
