I quite enjoy this place. But probably for the reasons that a lot of other folks come here. There are pool tables, beer pong, DJs... all the accessories of a fun neighborhood bar. 

But I come here for two main reasons. One, there's indoor smoking and it is nice to have a place I can easily, and without bothering anyone, smoke a cigar. Two, the staff and character, if you can call it that, is enjoyable to experience. Kind, relaxed, but attentive. It's enjoyable to just sit at that bar (loners unit!), and read a book or listen to the chatter of a bar full of people enjoying themselves. 

I don't live in the neighborhood or even in Tulsa, but it definitely felt like I did after coming here.

Good drinks, but the music is way too loud. Couldn't even enjoy a night out with my girl. Head started killing me, couldn't hear anything but the pandora station playing off of some cheap speakers. Only 2 pool tables, there arent beer pong tables,  there is one beer pong machine. The barkeeps dressed as if their second job is working the corner. Professionalism is dead.
