As a walk in we had quite a wait so I would suggest making a reservation.The food was wonderful except my potatoes were cold and basically flavorless (scalloped potatoes). When our waitress brought the check she said she would be right back. We waited and waited and she never came back so we went to the front and she was doing something on the register and said it would be just a minute. The manager came over and asked her to help us. I asked her for a piece of Cheesecake to go and we were waiting and waiting again. If her service would have been better I would have loved our visit. Thank goodness we love the food!

The food was decent at this restaurant, but the service was bad, especially considering the price. I ordered a second glass of wine to go with my steak dinner but the waiter forgot, and he never came by to ask how my meal was until I was done eating. I told him about the wine and he said "Oh no, I did it again". I think that the correct response would have been "I'm sorry, would you like a glass of wine on the house now?" I think they should train the waitstaff to check on their tables after the food is delivered, and if they make a mistake they should apologize, not just say "oh no". I am staying at an Airbnb and the host said she would not recommend this place to her travelers again after my experience.

Beat fine dining steakhouse in Klamath period. Excellent food, atmosphere, and service. Be sure to visit this place if visiting Klamath Falls. (Would give it an additional 🌟 if could, it's that good!)

We came towards closing and still got full menu. Tray of goodies and bread were great. Beef & barley soup delicious and entrees very good

Our waitress was wonderful and our food was amazing! They give a platter of crackers, salami, strawberries, cheese and grapes while you wait. They have a yummy sweet butter with the bread. About any kind of dressing you can think of for the salads and it is real dressing very yummy! The steak and everything else was cooked to absolute perfection! Couldn't believe i have never been here before! The price is going to be more than taco bell or applebees obviously but much less than most nice places. We didn't break the bank and had the best time in a great place! The atmosphere in this place is so cozy and relaxing as well. We will be back here again!
