The instructors and people who go there are amazing. Everyone is helpful, friendly & no ego's. It doesn't matter your fitness level, the exercises that they do can be modified to what you can do.

I started working out there 3 weeks ago and was afraid that I was going to hate it.  But boy was I wrong it is a great place to do Crossfit

Think want only the second place I've attempted CrossFit, but it's got such a great environment that I doubt I'll go anywhere else.

Root 18 CrossFit is my regular drop in gym every time I'm in town for the holidays. The members are always welcoming and friendly. The coaches know their stuff and are happy to give pointers and encouragement. I love the energy, community and over all vibe of this gym. If you are looking to start CrossFit, looking for a new box in town or are just a drop in, give Root 18 a shot, you will not be disappointed!

Was in town for a week, so I did drop in classes. Great place Great people and Matt is a Great Coach. Definitely will go back next time I'm in the area.
