I called Rooter Man asking for an inspection of the plumbing in my home since I recently moved in. They were able to get a technician the same day and on a Saturday. Nick was my tech and he was very professional and polite. He explained what needed to be repaired which were all minor items and I appreciated that he showed me where the main valves for the house were in case I ever had an emergency. I know that he is an honest professional and I can only assume he is a reflection of the company. I will definitely use Rooter Man in the future.

*UPDATE*
I called today because my water heater was not working because of control box issues. Chris Stewart showed up within the hour which I really appreciated since its Saturday (I guess water heaters only mess up after regular business hours) at 330 PM. He troubleshot and fixed the problem and did not charge me. I am so glad I kept these guys as my plumbing company.

We were trying to put in a new faucet for the kitchen and we had problems. I called them and they were very friendly and got us in that day ( in 15 minutes ) . They sent us a copy of the person who was to do the job and  their experience. I really likes the idea of the pic to match the worker. He had the pipe fixed and finished our mistake in about 35 minutes. very professional. Highly recommended.

We were in a bind one afternoon and needed our grinder fixed. Our toilets were backed up and we couldn't use any of our drainage systems. Kevin came out after his shift was over and diagnosed the problem. Our toilets were in working condition again after an hour. He worked outside by just the flashlight of his phone to get the work done. He was AWESOME!!!This is an amazing company. They even send you a text with a little bit of info on your technician and what they look like before they come out. Nice touch. Will definitely be calling the Rooter Man in the future. Price was pretty reasonable too.

Office staff was very helpful and gave me a tip since the technician couldn't come out to the house for the water heater repair for 1-1/2 days. Thomas, our technician, was excellent and receives 5 stars - courteous, quick, and excellent work.  Unfortunately he said we had to meet code which we were not aware of when replacing an appliance so the price was quite a bit more expensive than what I was expecting.  If their is a FL statute or something that lists this requirement to meet code we think that should be made available to the consumer. Thank you.

I want to thank everyone involved with my hot water heater replacement. It's never a happy day when an appliance needs to be replaced, but y'all made it bearable and quite professional. From my first call with Lacy, my estimate with David and the installation with Kevin and Steven, my experience was excellent. Thank you Rooter Man Plumbers.
