First, though the schedules are basically a lie, I've always had decent experiences riding. However... today now marks the second time I've been shorted on tickets I purchased. Twice I bought 4, the receipt said I bought four, and both times I received 1 and then 2 most recently. I needed to call in to get the rest (which was resolved in less than two minutes because they saw "Oh yeah, we only sent you one. We'll fix that.") Or rather I still NEED to call in in a few days. Regardless of their hours, the representative I spoke to this time around kept speaking of how he couldn't help me and that I would need to call back Monday. I barely heard this because the line was cutting in and out, to which he thought SPEAKING LOUDER would fix with a perfectly executed, blatant sigh of annoyance before he executed such genius. My advice, just make bulk purchases on tickets in-person.

Buses do not run on schedule, which means you are likely to miss a transfer. The realtime info is delayed by 10 minutes or so. If you rely on it you are guaranteed to miss your bus. If you use Google Maps to plan a route the schedule data appears to be completely inaccurate. When a bus is running late they may just stop picking up passengers in an effort to get back on schedule, so you will miss your bus. Drivers are friendly, helpful and courteous.

I can't tell you how thankful I am for our bus service here in Pensacola . I have a car now but I still ride from time to time . The driver are very good and knowledgable . If your like I was the first time riding , ask any of the employees at Ecat . I was scared because I had no clue what I was doing but it was a piece of cake because Ecat employees help me and make me feel safe .

I haven't had a bad experience on the ecat yet. I am not from pensacola but I live here now and I just started catching the bus it gets me from point a to point b I just feel like it should be like a regular buss where they run at night I'm from Miami and the busses run at night and some until the next morning. I don't have drive and it's really hard to get around in pensacola
