Haven't been here in years. Why? Always crowded when I pass by at times. I go today when only two people out front. The nice gentleman took my order. Even helped me pick up my coins I couldn't grab. While waiting 
I saw someone cleaning the tables, another thing you don't see happen often enough at food joints.  Not a minute later they called my number. I always verify my order at other places because mistakes are made. The nice girl at pick up said appropriately "I'm on top of it".  No mistakes here. In fact the most impressed I was is when I saw the napkins they provide. I wish other places would get rid of the cheap ones. 
I don't have to mention the food, look at the lines. This place is definitely "on top of it"

I've been going here since I was a child, it used to be super great. Lately it's been a hit or a miss. Sometimes the beans are hard, the meat is hard and the rice is hard. Today was a good day everything was good in my meat bean cheese and easy rice burrito.

I honestly can't say enough about Rosa Maria's. We've lived in our neighborhood for roughly 16 years and Rosa Maria's has always been and always will be an amazing part of the San Bernardino community. I would give them 10 stars if I could. Go get something to eat at Rosa Maria's, you won't be disappointed.

Gracious hosts. Our car broke down and I bought a burrito, which was fantastic. The staff were wonderful and kept me hydrated and checked on our well-being.

I usually go with the garbage burrito. Chicken tacos are good also. If you are in a  hurry,  phone in your order ahead of time.
