A refreshing 'fast-food' restaurant. Good atmosphere, good selection of choices, pretty darn fast. The steak fajita meat is really nicely prepared.

On a Tuesday at lunch it was so busy. Okay food. Really good Tortillas. I’m from out of state and won’t be rushing back. 
We were a party of 8 and had to ask people to move so we could sit together.

This is our first time to San Angelo and my first time to Rosa’s. What a pleasant surprise it was!  I could not believe when I saw the place, inside and out, that it is considered fast food. But it really is. The unique decor and atmosphere is so pretty and colorful. Full of cheer. The food was good and prices very reasonable. The sopapillas were delicious. They were so light. You can watch them being made. And plenty of honey! There is a toppings bar so you can add to your order whatever you like. We are RVing and just here for a few days but I think a second trip to Rosa’s might be in order. Go! Enjoy!!

Giving one star because they are out of food on the menu. Management needs to review purchase orders and adjust food supply orders as needed. Feel like a very irresponsible on part of management. Also needs to teach workers how to be empathetic when stating sorry for the inconvenience.
