I had a wonderful experience at Rosalin's bridal! Rosalin's was the first store I went to for dress shopping and it was a great experience; I told her what I was looking for, my budget, and she selected a great variety of dresses for me. She helped me in and out of the dresses and clipped me in. While her store is on the smaller side, she had a huge variety of dresses and gave a very personal experience. I went to a handful of other stores where I had to select my own dresses, dress myself, share mirrors with other brides, and get very little help...this experience was the best and I am so thankful!

Shadiest bridal shop. Flew to VA and went to this shop with the bride, found a dress, paid extra due to the dress having to be shipped to another state. 5 months later I receive the box and it has THE WRONG DRESS. Called them and they kept claiming I ordered that dress when the style numbers on my receipt and dress do not match. They call me later and say "Oh we found it". Sent it back to get the right dress. Dress arrive and it doesn't fit. Called them to get another size or something done and they claimed I was never in the shop because they don't have my measurements on file. I was measured in the shop.

I came to this shop as a late addition to the wedding party. When I had my first fitting the rest of the girls where checking on alterations. So they had me try on the dress chosen in a smaller size, I'm a size 14 (in regular dresses) I guess they don't have that size on hand in the store and had me order a size 22 since that was their recommendation from my measurements. I kinda thought that was a bit excessive and unfair since that meant I had to pay extra for a "plus size" but they told me it was best to have a bigger size and have it altered down. How convenient for them! $$ The staff wasn't exactly nice to me and were rushing me. I conceeded, paid for half of the dress which is the required deposit and went on my way. The dress arrived a few months later and of course it was hanging off of me because it was so big. Nonetheless, I took it elsewhere to get altered since I could clearly see Rosalin's shop just wanted to make money off of me.

Rosalins Bridal Boutique made my wedding dress shopping experience great! I found my dress on day one, but being the person I am had to go to 5 other stores before ending up back at Rosalins. The dress was beautiful and was priced cheaper than the same dress at other stores. Rosalins also altered my dress for me. They did a wonderful job and made every detail perfect for my big day. They let me come back to try on the dress multiple times and even did the final alteration days before my wedding. Thank you Rosalins!

I went to Rosalin's after reading the many positive reviews and because they carry a variety of Maggie Sottero gowns. The shop is a bit small and outdated but Rosalin and the rest of the staff were wonderful. Rosalin asked me what type of gown I was looking for (fitted lace mermaid style) and immediately started pulling dresses that fit the description. She knew her stock really well and all her sample gowns were in very good shape. She took my party and I along with about 10 gowns into a fitting room. The fitting room was fairly large but the lighting was very yellow and not very good. Rosalin helped me into and out of every gown and was super efficient. She also clipped the gowns to my body in a way that made the dress that was 2-4 sizes too large look great. Rosalin was never pushy or rude in any way. She would offer what I felt was an honest opinion every now and again but for the most part just let my party and I discuss what we thought. There were so many dresses here that I loved and the great thing was they were all very reasonably priced. I didn't feel like I was being pressed to go above my $1500 budget. After visiting a few other stores that didn't even compare to Rosalin's I came back and purchased my dress here. I got a beautiful dress at a price I am comfortable with. I would definitely recommend that brides come to Rosalin's in their wedding gown search. I had a great experience.
