We ordered we were told our order would be delivered in 45 minutes to an hour. After an 2 1/2 hours and 4 calls, talking to manager 2 times called again when delivered and told them it was cold the manager asked me what I want him to do about it. Horrible customer service the manager was rude and inconsiderate. Finally he gave me a credit for the next order I told him to resend it to me and use my credit. Today we went to order and they said we are out of delivery area lol I just ordered a couple weeks ago I told the girl. I get put on hold for 10 minutes and she said she made a mistake. She could deliver but, I have to tell you it will be 1 1/2 hour delivery lol this manager is an idiot.

I'm glad I live an hour from here, otherwise I'd probably switch to an 'All Rosati's Diet.'  The pizza is awesome.  Perfect floppy thin crust with all the right cheeses and plenty of other toppings of your choice.

It's actually pretty funny reading reviews that say, "This isn't Chicago-style pizza.  It's too thin!"  My Dad grew up in Chicago and ran a pizza place for a while, making this style thin crust pizza.  I'll take it over the thick casserole-style pies that Chicago is more known for.

The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because it's expensive pizza.  It's worth it, but it's hard to justify a 14" pie with two ingredients that costs $16.00 very often.

Friendly and clean! The Chicago style pizza is not that good. The double crust pizza is great!! Minor hassle using the pizza box tabs x 12 for50% off. Enjoy the $5.00 lunch special!!

If you get the tin crust, or the deep dish pizza, you will not be disappointed. Getting a pizza here is the closest you'll get to enjoying an authentic Chicago pizza; without having to go to Chicago to get it!

I was ordering for the first time today and everything was going well I provided my address and I said I had a coupon for a free 12 inch thin pizza and she said sorry you're outside of the delivery area. I said what? I live in Oldsmar in less than a mile away. I was told that because of the weather they could not deliver.  Really! That was no problem until I mention the coupon. What kind of service is this?   I am not eating order ordering from this pizzeria ever!   I'm also telling my friends what happened. I even mention to this girl that answered the phone that I go to the dance studio right next to them. I'm going to make sure I mentioned it to the studio as well.
