Absolutely terrible pizza.  Really am surprised by so many positive reviews.  I suppose if all I ever knew was frozen pizza, the yea this place is good.  Compare it to pretty much any other pizza place?  Just not good pizza.

The food came out fast, and the staff was very friendly and patient! The mozzarella sticks were crunchy and filled with delicious, real cheese! It's a little small, but it's clearly meant for families. The walls are covered in cute, unique memorabilia. 2 separate TVs are playing, and the staff even offered to put on specific games for customers! This is a great place for lunch, though you gotta be sure to check their menu (the one online is outdated, but they have plenty of options). Overall, I'm looking forward to coming back!

First thing I noticed was the discrepancy in pricing from their website with what I was given as a total. Expect to pay 20% more than the website says. Second thing I noticed was when I drove 15 miles to pick up my pizza that the speed bump in their parking lot nearly ripped the entire exhaust system off my car. (The one behind Walgreens) Multiple calls to the management company have received no response and overall it made for a poor experience regardless of anything else.

I was staying at a local hotel so I honestly don't know which location it was as I called in a delivery order.  For some reason I ordered a cheeseburger and fries.  Who does that? Who orders a hamburger and fries from a pizza joint.  I have never heard of them but was stuck in Phoenix because of a family ER. 
Anyway, OMG, wait, OH.MY.GOODNESS...That was the best damn  Cheeseburger and Fries AND CHOCOLATE CAKE I have ever had.  I want to have an affair with the cook, but he's probably 18 and Im probably old enough to be his great-grandmother...but still, I need the spice secret for the burger and the cake recipe if I can't seduce the cook....

I HAD TO GIVE A ONE STAR IN ORDER TO PLACE MY EXPERIENCE. Where do I start? I called in to place an order and right off the bat I can tell that the gal that answered the phone was in a horrible mood today . I immediately thought " it's ok , maybe she's having a bad day" . I continued with the conversation and asked a few questions about specials , she responded with " please wait " she answered the other line and then started helping someone at the cash wrap .... when I started ordering I was asking my co workers what kind of toppings we should get and immediately she started breathing heavy and had horrible attitude. I hurried up and ordered because she starting freaking out on me . I WAS IN COMPLETE SHOCK . I didn't even realized what I had ordered because she rushed me . Then when I went in to pick up my Oder she was sitting down with a salad bowl and eating away . She didn't even acknowledge me , I come to the counter and she told me that the next time I call a order in around lunch time to please make sure my order is ready PRIOR to calling it in!!! I had no words and was in complete SHOCK ONCE AGAIN!!! I mean this girl was out to get someone today!! I explained nicely and apologized and told her I was ordering for a group of of people and I wanted to make sure they were all ok with the toppings I have chose . She was turning red and getting so angry , she wanted to get back to her lunch. It was SO UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNCALLED for . I told her I wanted to speak to a manger and she told me she was the manager , I knew right there this company and restaurant were going down hill real soon! I asked for corporate or Franchise owner information and her exact reply was " I ain't using my phone to search for it , and they don't give us internet here" I told her she needed a new job or career , because she was huffing and puffing . And cursing under tone . I have NO words for this lady and once again in complete shock that wether the owner or headquarters actually hire people like this and then promote to a manager / leader with this kind of character !!! She told me off while I was walking out of the restaurant and then I peaked my head in me told her she was a pathetic human being . I then called corporate and the lady who's answered said I should've called authorities, if I believe I was being harassed. UNBELIEVABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE OVER ALL! I WILL NEVER STEP A FOOT INTO ANOTHER ROSATIS! Their culture is UNREAL/ DISRESPECTFUL/ AND SHAME TO HUMANITY .
