I ordered the build your own pasta. I ordered fettuccine and it also was supposed to have mushroom sweet peppers chicken and garlic. I got mostacoli no sweet peppers and maybe 3 diced mushroom. There are maybe 4 small prices of chicken. I order this a lot and have never been soo disappointed
AVOID AT ALL COST! Absolutely atrocious customer service! I placed an order online and it didn't show it in their system but definitely took the money out of my account and they refused to make my order! Even after showing her the charge she STILL refused. I was genuinely flabbergasted. There was no manager on duty, the woman working barely spoke English. It was an absolute disaster. I had never been before tonight and you better believe I will NEVER return. Don't waste your money, go to Doreen's or choose a different Rosati's.

Ordered 2 double dough pizzas cost almost 80 dollars. Checked the pizzas no double dough. It was thin crust guy said that it was and the pizza by the slice was now called triple dough, not even on the menu and the pizzas had about 10 sausages on them combined . He said more would be double meat price.
I just love their pizza ! They have amazing daily deals for this inflation! It’s currently under New Owners! Their pizza options are so yummy!! I purchased the Meat Mania 14” it was so delicious !! I definitely recommend take your family, friends, your date on a pizza outing! Vegetarian options: They have an amazing make your own pasta. They also have salad's. They have some pizza vegetarian options or creat your own pizza as well. Parking: I love how their pizzería is in a Plaza. Their is tons of parking that you can imagine. Kid-friendliness: It’s kid friendly due to kids loving pizza and they have other options besides pizza.
Pizza ordered had incorrect toppings. We literally walked to the car, each one of our children 4 yo be exact took a bite into a slice. That’s when we realized the order was incorrect, we didnt even leave the parking lot and walked right back into the restaurant to notify them. employees and manager said that they can’t give me a full pizza because the slices are missing so they would have to give me a smaller size . Manager was so unaccommodating to the fact that you cant have kids spit out food just to return it to prove a point. I'm so highly disappointed in the way they handled this situation. next time check your pizza before you leave, if you even order from here. don't open it in your car and try it. just order from somewhere else .
Ordered pie cut because I love rosatis by the slice. It didn't end up that way. No big deal I called to see if they would fix it and the employee Yash offered to remake the pizza if I pay for half of it if I returned the pizza. Now this is on top of the full price I paid for the first pizza that just wasn't correct. How does that make sense? I'm paying 150% for a pizza I originally ordered.
Ordered 2 Italian beef sandwiches. See photo, was able to use fork and EASILY pick all the beef up inn1 fork full. Bread was dry. Do yourself a favor and do not go to the Dyer, IN establishment. If you do, stop by a second restaurant on the way home so you can have a complete meal.Food: 1/5
First time ordering from Roasti's tonight. Website said they were open until 9. I ordered online at 7:50pm...pickup time was between 8:18 and 8:33p.m. Showed up at 8:30 and the place was dark and closed with the open sign on!! Another guy was waiting in the parking lot for his 4 pizzas he ordered. This is frustrating and I do NOT have time to try this place again. If there was some emergency then a note should have been placed on the door and a text should not be going out about picking up my pizza!
Not only did my childs chicken tenders come drenched in bbq sauce when they are kids chicken tenders supposed to be plain so there went her dinner but thank god no one else ate them because they were not even cooked. The alfredo sauce I also paid for looks like it came straight from the jar, ice cold and thick, had to heat it in order to use it as a dipping sauce. Happy New Years to us!
