So disappointed. I ordered 5 pizzas for an account in the area. Tipped ahead of time, wish I hadn’t. Looked like they dropped all my pizzas and delivered them any way.  Just sad

It's not worth it!!! I brought the Chicago-style deep-dish pizza. It was burned and I asked for chicken topping and which had no flavor. I got the 10’’ and it was $24.

I recently moved to Des Plaines a couple months ago and was happy to have a Rosati’s 10 mins away from me! Their thin crust pizza always hits the spot! Service is good, no complaints! Happy customer!

DO NOT ORDER A SINGLE ITEM FROM THIS LOCATION…. I’ve ordered from Rosati’s more times than I can remember, and how my family used to order their pizza growing up for birthday parties, family gatherings, etc. They have the absolute best cannoli’s in my opinion but that changed today. My husband stopped for a slice of pizza on his way home from Chicago. We live about 2.5 hours from Chicago and when he got home we saw they were completely frozen. Never have I received frozen cannoli’s and when I called the restaurant, I spoke to the “manager” John, who insisted that they are served frozen at all locations and its standard procedure to serve them frozen straight from the box, ordered from the Rosati’s warehouse. Since I’ve ordered from 10+ locations and they all served them fresh, I found this to be a blatant lie. Will be contacting HQ or the regional manager. After seeing the countless negative reviews for this particular location, I will bring this to corp’s attention and requesting a refund! There is a different location just a few minutes from this one, do yourself a favor and go there, instead!

This pizza looked good and was delivered hot.  It was a little inconvenient due to it being delivered only to the hotel lobby and not contactless to my room like I had asked who wants to put on pants?!.  Pizza was okay- not great. Toppings had no flavor. It definitely was a deep dish pizza, almost too deep dish - so much dough. To be honest I would not go back.  I had another pizza from a different Chicago pizzeria and that one was much better coughLoumalnaticough.

Jimmy Rosati ain't the guy making them pizzas in the back. It's edible, but there are so many better options in this town.

I really prefer the pizzas of the Domino's because here the pizzas make them very bad besides they make them so thin that they look like tortillas I really don't recommend it

If I could give this place no stars I would. I don't ever write reviews but honestly people need to know how this location treats their customers. Our family orders from this glenview location every time, and the last 4 times they have messed my order up. After this last time my My husband called, because he said we pay over $80 for their pizzas and every single time they’re is something wrong or missing from our order. we ordered a bbq pizza and it came with red sauce this time . When my husband spoke to the manager he apologized, and said they were extremely busy, so they wouldn’t be able to bring a new correct pizza out to us that night. He said they would put a credit on our account for next time though. We just called in to redeem our credit and the manager said he didn’t remember us, and that there was no credit on file. After 5 minutes of arguing with him, he said they could give us a discount on this order to make it right. Then he said, actually your home address is too far from us, and it will take over an hour to deliver so we needed to just order from a different location instead. So, Basically he just didn’t want to take care of a customer that orders regularly from them the moment we spoke up about their HORRIBLE service and the CONSTANT mistakes they have been making on our previous 4 orders. It is just disappointed at this point. They just lost a loyal customer.
