The pizza arrived burnt and the beer nuggets were like croutons. Everything was over cooked. Not only that but the pizza was stuck to the top. I’m almost positive that the delivery driver even ate 4-5 slices on the veggie side of the pizza. Could one seek a refund for this sub-par service? We left a $20 tip to the driver as it was a late night but we weren’t expecting a portion of our $77 order being half-eaten…

The 1st thing you notice about this place is that it's 2 different pizza places under the same roof. One register is Rosati's the other Italian Dream. This is a Rosati's franchise and not a good one. The owners are Middle Eastern and the quality and cleanliness are questionable at best. Delivery was also a joke as the temps outside were really cold but was delivered without a warming case and the pizza was cold. Calling them did nothing to correct the problem. Eat elsewhere, you'll be glad you did. Tried twice. Never again.

Have been going to this location for over a decade! Always hot and fresh food whether I pick up or it is delivery. Very friendly drivers and staff. Use them for big parties as well as just random dinner nights. Highly recommend!!!

We love Rosati's pizza.  But, last nights pizza fell way short of our expectations.   The crust was thicker than usual and hard as cardboard.  This was the same for each of our three extra large pizzas.  Will consider getting our pizzas from different locations Elburn or Batavia next time.

Did my wedding dinner 400 plus people what a fabulous job they did. Great Food. great Servies and the best thing is very reasonable prices. Managers work with me and did everything to make my party the best my gust like food they enjoy it Thanks

we've been ordering from here since the day we moved here in 2019.   it's my boyfriend's favorite place for pizza.  they're kind and very accommodating.  love the sauce!

GO DOWN THE ROAD TO TAYLOR STREET PIZZA!!  This rosati's location was so bad it warrants going to the parlor down the road that has better AND cheaper pizza. didn't even have the slices case turned on, so they microwaved cold slices. The other place, Taylor street, has slices a buck cheaper AND much more fresh and delicious - DO NOT waste your money here, WAY too many other good choices very close. EVEN ROSATI'S IN BATAVIA OR AURORA- MUCH BETTER  Vegetarian options: None

14 dollars is a lot for 2 large slices and two sprits. I wouldnt have minded it so much if there was a standard for how long you keep the pizza in the hot box. These slices tasted bad.Food: 1/5

Sometimes they are Rude and the food is Great after I have to call back to get my order corrected since the food is always good the inconvenience of the out dated cheese cake

Pizza was uncooked. Worst food ever I have had. Do not go there. Worst customer service as well. Very unprofessional. I would never go back there. I rather go one in Batavia!Food: 1/5
