Sign says the open at 9 am... It's 9:03 and there's a sign in the window that says be"back in 30 minutes... it's my girlfriend's birthday and I have a small window to have flowers delivered to her work so they just lost my business...

I have been ordering flowers from this place every Valentine's Day for the past 4 years and they've never managed to get it right. I should have taken my business elsewhere after the first time but their location made it convenient enough for me to return. This year was the last straw. They tried to deliver the flowers I had bought my wife to the house across the street from our address. I didn't make a mistake when I placed the order either our address was the correct one. The woman on the phone then told us they would be delivered tomorrow. This was unacceptable I paid to have them delivered on Valentine's Day specifically. When the flowers were finally delivered the box of chocolates I had included for an extra $20 was missing but they wouldn't have those delivered. The woman on the phone said they would be delivered tomorrow. I guess we'll see if the neighbor's end up with them again.

I tried to order flowers and they said they'd call back next day with a selection to pick from since they were picking up new stock the next morning. So I was excited to get a better variety. Well they never called back. I was relying on that since I'm a busy mom with 4 kids. They called back a week later, same time of week she claims they run out. Not impressed. Didn't want to order after that if they can't follow through with processing an order.

So if you actually want the flowers you order to be delivered at all go to another florist.  This place will screw up your order and then make a bunch of lame excuses as to why the flowers couldn't be delivered.  Excuses such as, "Our driver got lost" (with a GPS device!) "Oh we thought you wanted them delivered on Saturday not Friday." (my wife doesn't work weekends!) "The gate was locked and so the driver called the number on the gate and no one answered" (so why did I give you 2 phone numbers that would reach her directly?).  And then offer nothing to make it right. So what I'm saying is this place has no integrity, and they really don't care about their customers. Don't shop there!

Horrible service. Ordered one day they called said it'll deliver tomorrow never got delivered.
