I was on vacation in Traverse City when I experienced a terrible toothache! I searched the internet for "emergency dental traverse city mi" and Rose Street appeared.  I went to their website and filled out the contact form at 3 am (i was in so much pain) describing my situation and asking for them to help.  This was on Thursday, June 30th.  Today is Wednesday, July 6th.  I still have not received a response! 
I also called the next morning at 8 am, which is what time their website said they opened on Fridays.  This "emergency dentist" doesn't even have an after hours answering service to get you in touch with the doctor.  Instead, I received a recording, stating their office would be closed until Wednesday, July 6th.  I clearly wasted my time trying to contact them.  They should not advertise a service they do not offer.

Great service, great atmosphere and an upbeat, friendly staff. Rose Street Dental receives 5 stars in my book for these fine qualities and more. The front desk is extremely helpful and organized. I have received very gentle, high quality care from both the doctor and the hygienist. Everyone has a smile on their face, and I never wait longer than 5 minutes for my scheduled appointment! Thanks Rose Street Dental for providing quality care!

Fantastic experience. Just moved into town from Denver and didn't know if I could find a dentist as good as the one I had in Col. Dr. Tim is knowledgeable and friendly. Found my new Dentist!

My experience at Rose Street Dental was like no other dental experience that I have witnessed before.  The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable.  I would highly recommend going here for all of your dental work.  If you are looking for a dentist or are looking to make a switch look no further.  Rose Street Dental will take care of you and provide you the best care available when it comes to going to the dentist.
