This place is a bad joke, my employment there was nothing but dealing with malfunctioning equipment, inadequate safety practices and equipment. They also give you the absolute minimum for scrap metal and charge ridiculous amounts to purchase scrap metal from them. As for a car yard, they do not pull the parts for you, nor do they offer tools for you to pull parts with. You'd have better luck in Lyndhurst to get car parts, there is no charge to browse their field, and they can pull the parts for you with an extra charge.

My son 17 purchased a engine for his truck. When they took the engine out they cut all the wiring some unnecessarily. We called and ask why they cut them all the owner John Hedges told us that was extra. John also told him if he returned the core would give him core charge of $200.00 so my son was happy. Well he returns the engine for the core charge and get's $20.00 scrap price because John never wrote it on his receipt.
Yes I did work there after getting sick and put into hospital I was demoted to yard help so as soon as I could I left on my own. This guy is so full of himself wants something for nothing brags about how much money the place makes him while barely paying the employees a decent wage. Oh John BTW not about the money I make in a year what you pay 8 employees It's about a man's word!!! Clearly you haven't a clue what those two things are!!

This place is a joke. It is run terrible by the owner john and he is a real piece of work if you get the chance to meet this character. He walks around with a black cowboy hard hat.. if that's isn't funny enough they give you the lowest pay out on everything. the place is a mess. they don't clean up nails and they have a huge magnet. The Terex operator almost hit our truck cause he was throwing chunks of iron right where we were unloading. Will never return!!!!!!! 0 out of 10.....will go to stumps from now on..

Crummy operation! They charge you just to go in the yard! You are not reimbursed if they don't have the part either. Another thing, they don't inventory their parts so they do not even know what they have in stock. They are not accommodating to people with disabilities as you have to get your own parts and you are not allowed to take your vehicle into the yard!!! Not a good place to deal with!!!
