When my grandmother passed away we went to Rosedale to finish her final arrangements. I had my two  young daughters with me and worried they would be in the way. Paige , who was helping us thru the process was excellent with them. She got the girls markers and let them draw. She was so patient and kind that my mom decided to go back and make her own funeral arrangements thru there. She truly was a joy to work with at such a sad time.

I really don’t understand why you continually remove things that we put on my grandsons grave. You post when your having a clean up and we remove the items during the dates you say you are having the clean up. We then bring them back and place them on his grave and you then come and throw them away. This is the second time in 2 years you have done this. Last year we had to go out and repurchase the items that you threw away and this year you have done the same thing. I don’t understand what the issue is with the solar cross and rose that was there and why you continually throw them away. Not happy at all.

My relatives have been buried here since the late 1950s and we have been pleased with the upkeep of the grounds.  Do not have any comments for the office help as I really haven't used them much and hope if I ever do again it will be a painless process.

The staff especially Michelle and Hannah was amazing when my beloved mom passed away. I would highly recommend the use of this facility for your loved ones.

I've never heard any of the residents complain about this place.
