Very friendly, helpful staff!  Wish he'd had a 4' x 8' cargo trailer and I would have rented from him, but he was gracious to show me the 5' x 8' which was larger than I needed.  Both U-Haul dealers keep only had one cargo trailer on site and that may be more of a corporate decision than a franchisee one, which gives the renter few options, at least in small towns.

I have rented from them for about a year. I have never had any problems with them. Very sweet people. Not their fault we forget to pay our bill sometimes but, they never threaten to take your things, they are always willing to work with you.

Been with them for over two years. Very nice and friendly. Can mail a monthly reminder if you request it. Even have a grace period if you forget to pay on time. Love them.

Not very professional, Rent due on first of the month yet they don't send bill out till the 4th then charges late fee if  you pay 5 days late,  Easy $10 extra for them. Advice rent multiple months, go there and pay before you get your bill, Or just rent storage else ware.
