The manager tonight with her workers, were rude . I stood in line while being ignored 9/05/24. O was there way before they closed . The manager with the red hair didn’t even acknowledge me , none of the other workers either. I had to ask if I had to order online and was told to look at her manager , for what? She didn’t even look at me . I just wanted a small coffee and was told no, ok fine . I am writing this not to be a “Karen” but I hope someone above her gives her training on how to treat customers . Because if it were the other way around , she would also be upset by the way she would have been treated . I hope corporate sees this and it gets back to her. Sorry I wasn’t able to try your coffee, it did smell amazing .
My wife is in Methodist Labor & Delivery and for 8 days I’ve been going to get coffee. Today 12/5 I go to get coffee in the evening around 5:30. There are several employees working. The GM decided that it was appropriate to hold a staff performance review at a table where all her coworkers could here as well as customers. I told him that it was incredibly unprofessional to be having that conversation right there. He was asking her personal questions as well which makes it even worse. It was not a positive review at all. As a business owner myself, I have never seen such disrespect for an employee or such unprofessionalism ever. I hope that management does not condone this time of action. I hope that if management does that every employee leaves and finds a employer who shows them more respect than that. I will not be returning to this business knowing that is how they treat employees.
Coffee good...Kolaches seem very plain, didn't taste like sausage, but probably was. But an employee is placing company logo stickers on cups, wheres the gloves.. if this person happens to be sick, well I guess it gets passed along to 100 or so customers.. Parking: Why is the closest handicap parking in the Valet?
Their coffee is delicious!!! They have decaf drinks as well and many sugar free flavors....mocha, caramel, vanilla, and others. You can sign up for rewards with your e-mail. They also have sweets... cookies, cinnamon buns as well as kolaches and breakfast buns. Breakfast buns are filled with sausage, egg, and cheese... very delicious.
Always pretty speedy service even when there is a long line they tried to help get you out of there fast.Food: 5/5
Super impressed that they used an actual matcha whisk when preparing my matcha latte. Courteous staff and great tasting drinks.
Bought a capuccino, terrible taste. Burnt coffee. Very upset, second time I buy coffee here and both times it has been terrible.

Coffee isn't good , In my opinion yogurt is a little extra and Salad is withering .
Best coffee inside a hospital that I have ever had.
